- ▸We never sell your data.
Using Retain
By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 13 or older. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Academic integrity
Retain helps you study. Do not use it to break your school's rules. AI feedback can be wrong, so double-check important material.
Your content
You own what you upload. Only upload lectures you have the right to use. You let us process them only to provide Retain to you.
Plans and billing
Free includes 45 minutes per month and one folder. Pro is billed monthly and renews until canceled; cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid month. Semester and School Year plans are paid once and end automatically. Canceling never deletes your folders or scores.
Refunds
If something goes wrong, email us within 7 days of a charge and we will review a refund fairly.
Acceptable use
No abuse, scraping, reselling, or attempts to break Retain. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes and liability
Retain is provided "as is." We may update these terms and will notify you of major changes. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
